Raford, Kiltullagh, Co Galway in the snow.
This stretch used to be known as the hidden drive, because the sunlight could not get through the trees.

Glenough, Co Tipperary
I like this the way old and new sit together in the landscape, taken just before the weather changed.
A little later, a little further away, a little bit of snow.
Some berries and trees

Horses in the Winter
I went for a walk down an old 'Mass Path', it was an unpaved track that people used to go to mass and would have been in use up the 1960's. When people stopped using horses to go to church these were only used as farm tracks.
As I walked along the ditch this girl appeared out of the fog
I tracked behind her and the fog helped the mood.
Then her foal appeared to join in.Photoshoot over, like any good western they rode off into the sunset
