Ballybeg Priory, Buttevant, Co Cork

Taken yesterday evening on my way to work, this priory was built in 1229 by Philip de Barry and dedicated to St. Thomas.

Mad lights on the one on top -is that floodlghting or a sunset? Either way, very striking!

Floodlighting, if you ever drive to Cork its on the left after Buttevant on a bad turn, but most people miss it because there is a neon lit statue on the right an a huge ugly Quarry also on the right
