Cloudscapes and sunset Galway

Had I the heavens’ embroidered cloths,
Enwrought with golden and silver light,
The blue and the dim and the dark cloths
Of night and light and the half light,
I would spread the cloths under your feet:
But I, being poor, have only my dreams;
I have spread my dreams under your feet;
Tread softly because you tread on my dreams.
WB Yeats 'He wishes for the Clothes of Heaven'

Thats what I woke up to on Sunday morning quite impressive, dont know if the Volcanic ash had anything to do with it

apparently the lovely sunsets are thanks to Iceland, the sun shining through the dense layer of the ash

the sad thing is that the clouds are often only a boring shroud covering the landscape
