Happy Christmas and all the best for 2010, Kiltullagh Galway

This I took yesterday afternoon but I thought it was lost, this was Brackloon Christmas day before the thaw. Temperatures reached -8 Celcius that is very cold for this side of the world, it might be a warm day elsewhere, eg see here for White Xmas, it pretty much causes the country to come to a slowdown.
This picture was taken from my kitchen window, before someone mentions my horizons not taken straight, there is a slight hill.

Then we had a thaw and rain yesterday

A view this morning, its dark, grey, freezing cold and miserable, the rain we had last night has frozen and the roads are now frozen again, YAY :(.
