Does anyone own it?
I am sure that someone owns it, because of the planning laws in Ireland it is easier to get planning permission to build if you build onto an existing building, especially where its located it is next to impossible to build in scenic areas. I have seen houses in worse condition than this go for 250,000 Euros in similar areas.
