Castle Co. Wicklow
What caught my eye about this picture is that this Castle was not built on a the hill top but half way up, which if built for protection would make it easier to attack. I had passed it out before I could stop and is bigger than this photo suggests. I will try to get a better shot and some history.

Nice!! I hope you will get the chance to take some better pictures one of these days. :-) It looks like an interesting place.
I would have gone back but it was a friday and a 4.5 hour drive home from here after a long week, will pass that way next week
