thought so, went looking to see if the heather was blooming too, but alas no purple!

*sigh* Beautiful; I love the way the track disappears into the horizon. Wish I had the time and the money to go back to Conamara this year :(

Pfff, isn't the whole of the west coast the same thing, anyway? ;P

No, but seriously - I know it is, but it's just that the woman I stayed with in Conamara burnt peat for heating... And I'll never forget that smell, so I associate bogs so much with that month I was there.

Sorry was teasing madam, we burn peat here too, Bog is similar except we dont have the mountains and the lakes ;)
