Snow, Co Meath

These are not near as fantastic as those posted by someone else, but this is snow in Ireland, it rarely ever lasts and even more seldom stays on the ground. But it got me out of work and I was able to crash in hotel to witness Obama's inauguration This was the little snowman that a workmate made for me we tried it on the mirror, before it was placed on the bonnet.

when you don't get much snow you have to compromise :D

Wonderfully cute little snowman :D And even with eyes and a nose - you really paid attention to the details there :) But wasn't it sad when it melted??

I had nothing to do with it except take a pic of it, it was made by a Polish guy working with me. I did not even take the pic of it on the bonnet, I was sitting comfortably inside in the heat going thro' maps with another guy, but I cropped out that bit :)

Aww, that little guy is too cute! An Irish snowman, that's something I hadn't seen before. :-D Thanks for sharing!! I'm glad you got to have a little bit of snow at least. :-)

AS I said to my newest Norwegian friend, compromises have to be made when you dont get much snow
