Ring of Kerry coastline

The Ring of Kerry is one of the most beautiful parts of Ireland(and expensive), this is just a small part of pics I took this is along the coastline of the route, the whole drive is just over 170 km. I will post more, with mountains, ruins over the next few days.

That looks like a stunning landscape! I haven't been to Kerry at all; that's certainly something I need to remedy. I particularly want to go to the Blaskets - have you ever been there?

What part of the country is this in (east, west, etc)?

Glad you liked the pictures I keep meaning to get pictures of Trim Castle but anytime I pass I am busy. It interesting that you can trace your family back that far, but if you ever come over here there are parts of the country that I would not mention it ;), parts with strong republican history.
