The first 3 pics are where I started this morning, still in Waterfor, but in a place called Tallow this is the view of the knockmealdown mountain range This one is looking further north at the Galtee mountains, this is the mountain range that can be seen in the distance from the posting knockmealdown. This again is the knockmealdown range looking east north of Tallow This is where I landed this evening I travelled half the country to Mayo on the west coast, to Westport(though for an island this size this not a monumental achievement) . This is a view of Croagh Patrick, viewed from the Quays. Croagh Patrick is named after the patron Saint of Ireland, on one Sunday in the year there are thousands of people who climb it some in their bare feet. Recently they found gold in small Quantities, but being named after the patron saint cannot mine it!
