Cavan- Lough Sheelin
This is Lough Sheelin county Cavan, here Cavan is famous for being thrifty, the rumour being that they eat their dinners from a drawer and if company arrives they close the drawer and they don't have to offer any.
It does however have some lovely lakes and rolling hills.
Fishing boat tied up on the eastern side of the lake
on the edge of the lake there is a peat bog, with the turf cut and 'box footed' to dry it out
